You agree not to use TisuAI to:
- Violate laws, regulations, or third-party rights.
- Upload or generate unlawful, harmful, fraudulent, or abusive content.
- Attempt unauthorized access, reverse engineering, or service disruption.
- Use the service in a way that harms platform integrity or security.
3. AI-Generated Content
TisuAI may generate content based on user inputs. You are responsible for reviewing outputs before publishing or using them. We do not guarantee that generated content is accurate, complete, legally compliant, or fit for any specific purpose.
4. Subscriptions and Billing
Certain features may require paid plans. Pricing, plan limits, and billing cycles are shown in-product or on pricing pages and may be updated from time to time. Unless otherwise stated, fees paid are non-refundable.
5. Intellectual Property
The service, software, and platform materials are owned by or licensed to Tisu. Except as expressly permitted, you may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works from service components.
6. Suspension and Termination
We may suspend or terminate access if we reasonably believe you violated these Terms, created legal or security risk, or misused the platform.
7. Disclaimers and Limitation of Liability
